Custom Logo Boxes
Customize a 2- or 4-piece gourmet Chocolate Truffle Favor Box with your company's logo, slogan or product image. These festive boxes are completely customizable allowing you to select a box color, ink color and ribbon color for a personalized presentation that everyone will love. Each box is packed with our fresh, gourmet Truffles and hand tied with a satin ribbon. Gluten Free. Kosher Certified. Handmade in Brooklyn.
After placing your order, please send your logo artwork to info@li-lacchocolates.com. Artwork files must be submitted in EPS, TIF, PDF or AI format with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. We will contact you to finalize your box, ink and ribbon colors, and within 3 business days we will create an art proof of your chocolate box for approval. There is a one-time set up charge included in first 100 boxes, and additional boxes can be purchased at a reduced rate.

How do you keep the chocolates from melting during shipping?
A Cold Pack will provide up to 48 hours of temperature control during transit. If the temperature is above 75 degrees at your recipient's destination, please add a Cold Pack to your order. For destinations outside the New York tri-state area, please select an Express shipping option as well. This is necessary as Cold Packs only provide 48 hours of cold power. When the temperature is unusually hot, (i.e. above 90 degrees), we may have to hold your order until the weather cools down.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee you will be completely satisfied with your purchase of Li-Lac Chocolates. Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the shipping address provided, and if you are not completely satisfied with the quality or freshness of any item, please contact us within (5) days of receiving your order and we will replace it free of charge. If you are looking to have chocolate delivered the same-day in New York City, you can order from one of our delivery partners for fast, reliable service. We partner with several professional delivery services including Uber Eats, Mercato, DoorDash, and shopIN.nyc. To place an order for same-day delivery, please order directly through one of these partner sites. Someone must be available to receive the delivery when it arrives, otherwise your package will be returned, and a re-delivery fee will apply.
