Create Your Own Chocolate Mold
We can create a custom 3-D chocolate replica of your company's building and customize every detail for a unique gift your customers will adore. This special service is 100% custom - which means we work with you to create the chocolate mold and select a box color and ribbon style that meets your need. We can also include any printed material or branded stickers you provide us. The photo you see here is an example of a beautiful high-quality custom chocolate gift we created of the iconic One Clinton building in Brooklyn Heights, New York.
The process for creating a custom chocolate gift starts when you provide us with an image of your building and packaging considerations. We will then provide you with a quote for the project, and upon receipt of your deposit we will begin the development process. We work with an outside company to create a chocolate mold that replicates the shape of your building, and local box/ribbon makers to finalize all the elements of your unique gift. You will have the opportunity to see and approve each element along the way and we will work with you until you are 100% happy with the presentation.
Please plan well in advance to meet your timing requirements. Projects take a minimum of 8 weeks, and the lead time can increase to 12 or 15 weeks depending on your specific requirements. There is a minimum of 100 boxes for custom orders. All our chocolate is handmade in Brooklyn and Kosher Certified OU-D. Pricing is based on a piece up to 12" tall and contains up to 2 lbs. of chocolate.

How do you keep the chocolates from melting during shipping?
A Cold Pack will provide up to 48 hours of temperature control during transit. If the temperature is above 75 degrees at your recipient's destination, please add a Cold Pack to your order. For destinations outside the New York tri-state area, please select an Express shipping option as well. This is necessary as Cold Packs only provide 48 hours of cold power. When the temperature is unusually hot, (i.e. above 90 degrees), we may have to hold your order until the weather cools down.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee you will be completely satisfied with your purchase of Li-Lac Chocolates. Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the shipping address provided, and if you are not completely satisfied with the quality or freshness of any item, please contact us within (5) days of receiving your order and we will replace it free of charge. If you are looking to have chocolate delivered the same-day in New York City, you can order from one of our delivery partners for fast, reliable service. We partner with several professional delivery services including Uber Eats, Mercato, DoorDash, and shopIN.nyc. To place an order for same-day delivery, please order directly through one of these partner sites. Someone must be available to receive the delivery when it arrives, otherwise your package will be returned, and a re-delivery fee will apply.
