How do you keep the chocolates from melting during shipping?
A Cold Pack will provide up to 48 hours of temperature control during transit. If the temperature is above 75 degrees at your recipient's destination, please add a Cold Pack to your order. For destinations outside the New York tri-state area, please select an Express shipping option as well. This is necessary as Cold Packs only provide 48 hours of cold power. When the temperature is unusually hot, (i.e. above 90 degrees), we may have to hold your order until the weather cools down.

Best Chocolates Ever!
Every year I order chocolates from a different chocolatier around the US. The chocolates from Li-Lac Chocolates are the best ones yet! Fabulous chocolates that you could die for!! The very best and customer service is awesome!!! They delivered 3 chocolate hearts, big and small to Minnesota during Covid pandemic and they were packaged beautifully and were on time!
