How do you keep the chocolates from melting during shipping?
A Cold Pack will provide up to 48 hours of temperature control during transit. If the temperature is above 75 degrees at your recipient's destination, please add a Cold Pack to your order. For destinations outside the New York tri-state area, please select an Express shipping option as well. This is necessary as Cold Packs only provide 48 hours of cold power. When the temperature is unusually hot, (i.e. above 90 degrees), we may have to hold your order until the weather cools down.

flat rose ...misleading from the picture makes it look like it is a pop thick rose of chocolate
I cannot speak on the taste as I gave it away to someone. But I was disappointed it did not look like I expected from the picture. Just a tiny flat chocolate with rose markings on it

I wanted to try out this companies chocolates for the first time after hearing about them, and figured I'd try something small first. First, the chocolates arrived still intact despite shipping to California, and the chocolates themselves were good! I'll definitely try out some other chocolates later one
